Multi Focus Composition Process:
Make preparation of microscope, camera, slide and so on.
1. Run ToupView, select camera model, then refer to toolbar “ ”, you get
“Manual Fusion” window. Click “Capture” button, you get MultiFocus_01.
2. Adjust the fine focusing knob slightly, click “Capture”, then you get
MultiFocus_02.
3. Repeat the same as process 2, you get MultiFocus_03.
4. Then click the button “Fusion” (MultiFocus_04)
5. The final version of multi focus comes out. (MultiFocus_05)
Now you get the Multi Focus Composition as you wish.
(Note: You can repeat process 2 for several times, but not over times)
